Together with his business partner, Monica, they manage 6 agents and continue to train and develop them to also provide the same customer service and support to their clients.
Monica Cavazos was born in Mexico and moved to the states at 5years old. She learned a new language and later learned the many opportunities to succeed in this new country. Monica raised two beautiful children, Samuel and Angelica, alongside with her loving husband, Alfredo. Both married at an early age and were determined to finish their mechanical engineering and nursing degrees no matter the struggles. In addition, in 2006, Monica decided to step back from the medical field and pursue a real estate degree while staying home with the children due to Samuel being a 27 week premature baby.
During this time, Monica began her career as a Realtor with Keller Williams Northeast and then a couple small other brokerages until 2020 when they opened Cavazos Realty International. Today, Monica focuses on their clients needs and is also a part-time pediatric nurse at a local children’s hospital. Monica states “ I can never give up nursing. I absolutely love to take care of our, agents, clients and my little patients. My passion is to advocate for them.” Monica provides children’s story time during the summer for local kids and enjoys it. She holds her real estate degree from San Jacinto College and her nursing degree from University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. She is currently the chair for the San Jacinto College Real Estate Department advisory committee. Monica likes to spend time in the Texas hill country with her family and enjoy God’s marvelous creation, nature on her spare time.
