Houston Heights High School was founded on a very simple philosophy. A school serves the students and their family. It is their firm belief that smaller schools better serve the students and consequently their parents and community. Students and parents receive individual attention and are contributors in the decision making process. Students are strongly encouraged to perform volunteer work in the community. A sense of community develops where people actually have a real voice. A sense of ownership develops in the students and their parents. Accountability is the direct outcome. Everyone is held accountable for student success.
Please join us for their ribbon cutting and check out this school in the heart of the Heights community. Enjoy food and refreshments while networking with your fellow Chamber members.
