Jose was born in Houston, Texas and grew up in the Memorial area. He comes from a big family and enjoys spending time with them.
He attended Strake Jesuit College Preparatory and played baseball (pitcher) for Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. Jose graduated from Southwestern with degrees in Business and Spanish.
Subsequently, he attended Thurgood Marshall School of Law and received an MBA from TSU Jesse Jones School of Business. Jose has always wanted to an entrepreneur and a leader in his field and community.
Jose joined the Chamber to gain exposure and surround himself with like-minded people. He loves to help people and enjoys seeing businesses grow.
