Professional Development Modules

The Greater Heights Area Chamber of Commerce hosts self-guided asynchronous learning modules on its Moodle site.

As we pilot the program, courses are free. Courses will be continuously added throughout the year. If you have expertise in a business topic that you are willing to share, please contact April Petronella aprilpetrofox@gmail.com . She can take your notes or slides and turn them into a course available to our members.

Accessing the Modules

 

To access the learning site, you will first need to register with Moodle.

NOTE: THESE STEPS ARE A ONE TIME PROCESS. ONCE YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT, LOGGING IN IS EASY.

  1. Go to https://heightschamber.moodlecloud.com/ 
  2. Click on “Is this your first time here?-create new account
  3. Agree to Moodle’s terms of Service and click Next
  4. Fill out the fields in the New account page. Remember your username and password.
  5. Moodle will send you an email to verify.
  6. Click on the link in the email. The screen will say Thank you. Hit continue.
  7. You will see a Dashboard page. In the top left corner, click Home.
  8. You will now see a list of available courses. To enroll in a course, click on the course name.
